Update from Resorts World Sentosa about Battlestar Galactic Dueling Coasters.

Dear fans, the inspection and review of the Battlestar Galactica continues today. Universal Studios Singapore is working closely with the European ride manufacturer on the investigation of the cause and solution of the technical problem that was discovered on one of the ride vehicles during a daily pre-opening check yesterday morning. We will release more information when there are more conclusive findings. We are unable to say how long that might take. At this point, anything else is speculation.

We want to re-state that the safety of our employees and guests is our number one priority. We will not re-open Battlestar Galactica unless we are 100 per cent satisfied that all tests, analyses, and remedy actions have been done that will prevent this problem in the future. The park is currently in a soft-open period that is specifically designed to identify technical problems and make operational changes and this situation demonstrates that this process is working as intended.
