To the out cry of Fun Pass Annual Passholders RWS change it's mind and posted this 25 hours after:

Resorts World at Sentosa To all our Annual Pass holders (yes, that includes all our Fun Pass holders), please rest assured. You will be receiving an invite next week to our exlcusive Halloween Party this month. In the mean time, hang tight. It won't be long before the details are revealed.

 If this was a error then it should have been fix this morning but I think RWS had to make changes to their plans to add the Fun Passholders.
