Marina Bay Sands™, the region’s premier integrated entertainment destination is gaining significant momentum on the retail leasing front. The company announced to the Singapore Retail Industry Conference that it has secured commercial terms for close to 80 percent of its mall.

Marina Bay Sands’ retail mall, Marina Bay Sands Shoppes®, will open 50 percent of total retail space in the first phase in early 2010. Luxury French fashion house CHANEL, renowned jeweller Tiffany & Co.and Singapore-based retail group F J Benjamin recently announced that they will have a presence at Singapore’s new premier retail destination.
